Sleepy Mill Studio and publisher The Arcade Crew have revealed that Drop Duchy, their popular block-dropping roguelite game, is set to launch on April 21st for PS5 and Nintendo Switch. The game, which is already available for PC and Xbox (including Xbox Game Pass), will be released as Drop Duchy: Complete Edition, featuring all previously released DLCs, The Tribe and The North.
Drop Duchy combines roguelite deck building with Tetris-style block dropping, challenging players to build settlements and structures to overcome enemies in a charming medieval world. Each run unlocks new options, starting points, and strategies for players to explore, providing a fresh and engaging gameplay experience.
In our review of Drop Duchy, we found it to be a unique blend of Tetris and roguelite mechanics, offering a fun and strategic puzzle experience. While it may seem familiar after a few successful runs, the game offers depth and challenges for players aiming for high scores.
