Exciting news from Rebellion as they gear up to launch the first VR game in the Zombie Army series, bringing the intense co-op campaign to all major VR headsets next month.
Set to release on May 22nd for Quest 2, PSVR 2, and SteamVR headsets, Zombie Army VR immerses players in the chaotic world of the Deadhunters, an elite squad on a mission to save Europe from the zombie apocalypse.
“Join Captain Hermann Wolff and his legendary team as you battle through hordes of undead near the ruins of Nuremberg, searching for his family and striving to restore peace to the continent,” says Rebellion.

Featuring a gripping, story-driven campaign that can be played solo or in co-op mode, Zombie Army VR offers an arsenal of authentic World War II weapons, including sniper rifles, submachine guns, and pistols that can be dual-wielded and customized.
Players can earn XP to level up their Deadhunter character and utilize Weapon Upgrade kits to enhance the performance of their weapons in terms of range, accuracy, scope, and capacity.
In addition to battling standard Nazi zombies, players will face formidable foes like Armored Giants, Suiciders, and Sniper Zombies. And just like in Rebellion’s Sniper Elite VR (2021), Zombie Army VR features the iconic X-ray Kill Cam for a cinematic slow-motion view of epic kills.
Pre-orders for Zombie Army VR are now available on the Horizon Store for Quest 2, the PlayStation Store for PSVR 2, and Steam for PC VR headsets, with a special 10% discount off the regular $30 price.
