After rescuing her father from the rift, Princess Zelda embarks on her next adventure. However, a mysterious extra soldier has been spotted among the town’s garrison, raising concerns of a possible imposter. Princess Zelda must investigate to ensure the security of the castle and uncover any sinister motives.
The One Soldier Too Many Side Quest in Echoes of Wisdom challenges players to use contextual clues and their intuition to solve the mystery.
Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom – One Soldier Too Many
At the gate of Hyrule Castle, Princess Zelda meets Beecher, the town guard who is investigating the identity of the extra soldier. With Beecher’s request for help, Princess Zelda begins her inquiry by talking to the soldier near Beecher.
Further investigation leads Princess Zelda to the fountain guard, who provides a crucial clue about the imposter. Following the trail, Princess Zelda heads to the castle walls to gather more information from the guards there.
The guards on the battlements suggest checking with the quartermaster in the barracks for more insights. After exploring the town and gathering additional information, Princess Zelda confronts the quartermaster.
Upon confirming the suspicions with the quartermaster, Princess Zelda provides the correct response to Beecher’s questions, leading to the resolution of the quest and the reward of a Golden Egg.
