Xiaomi has recently unveiled its latest tablet series, the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, at MWC 2025 in Barcelona. These new devices are geared towards enhancing productivity and entertainment, offering improved performance, connectivity, and AI-driven features.
Xiaomi Pad 7
The Xiaomi Pad 7 is designed for users looking for a balance between work and play. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor with an Adreno GPU, along with 8GB RAM (128GB/256GB storage) or 12GB RAM (256GB storage). The tablet boasts an 11.2-inch 3.2K display (3200 x 2136) with a 144Hz refresh rate and TÜV Rheinland certifications for eye comfort.
It comes with an 8,850mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 13MP rear camera, and an 8MP front camera. Operating on HyperOS 2, the Pad 7 offers AI-powered functionalities like Xiaomi HyperAI, NFC Sharing, and Home Screen+ 2.0. It also supports Wi-Fi 6E and accessories such as the Xiaomi Focus Pen and Xiaomi Pad 7 Keyboard.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is the premium version, equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and an optimized Adreno GPU. It offers 8GB RAM (128GB/256GB storage) or 12GB RAM (512GB storage).
The 11.2-inch display maintains the 3.2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate of the standard model. The rear camera is upgraded to 50MP, while the front camera is 32MP with Always-On technology for enhanced video calls.
The Pad 7 Pro supports Wi-Fi 7, features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and includes an 8,850mAh battery with 67W fast charging, enabling a full charge in around 79 minutes. It also runs on HyperOS 2, incorporating AI features like AI Writing and AI Speech Recognition.

Price and Availability
Initially, both tablets will be launched in Europe, with a global release expected in the near future.
