What is the Match function?
The Match function is designed to simplify the programming of both drawers for cooking by enabling you to replicate the same settings on each drawer quickly.
When would you use the Match function?
You would use the Match function when you want both drawers to cook in the exact same way, with identical settings for time, temperature, and cooking mode.
How do you use the Match function?
While these instructions are specific to a Ninja model, the process is similar for most dual-drawer air fryers:
- Select a drawer by pressing the corresponding button for drawer one or drawer two.
- Program your chosen drawer with the desired cooking mode, time, and temperature.
- Press the Match button to copy the cooking instructions from one drawer to the other.
- Press Start to begin cooking!

What is the Sync function?
The Sync function is designed to ensure that both drawers finish their cooking programs simultaneously, allowing you to serve up your meal all at once.
When would you use the Sync function?
You would use the Sync function when you are utilizing both drawers simultaneously, but with different cooking times, temperatures, and programs. The Sync function will coordinate the cooking times to ensure that both parts of your meal are ready at the same time.
The Sync function will automatically adjust the start time of the drawer with the shorter cooking time.
How do you use the Sync function?
Similar to the Match function, the process for using the Sync function on a Ninja model is as follows:
- Select a drawer by pressing the corresponding button for drawer one or drawer two.
- Program your chosen drawer with the desired cooking mode, time, and temperature.
- Press the Sync button.
- Select the other drawer and input your cooking settings.
- Press Start to begin cooking, and you’re all set!
