Meta typically unveils its latest headsets towards the end of the year, with sales usually not happening until the following holiday season. However, Amazon is breaking tradition this year by offering a fantastic Black Friday deal on the Quest 3S.
The Quest 3S, Meta’s newest headset, was released just over a month ago, so a significant discount this soon was unexpected.
Amazon US is currently offering a great Black Friday deal on the Quest 3S: $300 for the 128GB headset, along with a $75 digital credit for Amazon. (Don’t forget to click the ‘Redeem’ button on the product page or use the code QUEST75 at checkout.)
Considering that Amazon credit is valuable to many shoppers, this deal effectively brings the price of the headset down to $225, making it even more affordable than a Nintendo Switch.
In addition to the discount, purchasing the Quest 3S on Amazon also includes a complimentary copy of Batman: Arkham Shadow and a three-month trial of Quest+ for access to a selection of VR games.
It’s important to note that this Black Friday deal only applies to the 128GB model of the Quest 3S. Unfortunately, there is no similar offer for the 256GB model or the more expensive Quest 3.
Why is this deal so appealing? Well, the Quest 3S already offers incredible value at $300, making it a worthwhile investment. Given that it was only released last month, it was unexpected to see such a deal this soon.
