UK Network O2 Offering 10GB Free Data This December

O2 is spreading some holiday cheer by offering its eligible customers an additional 10GB of data for free throughout the month of December.

If you are an O2 pay monthly customer in the UK, you will receive a bonus 10GB of data to enjoy during the festive season.

If you are already an Unlimited customer or on a SIM-only plan, unfortunately, this promotion does not apply to you. Business customers are also excluded from this offer.

However, regular monthly customers on a comprehensive data plan that includes both phone and SIM should be delighted by the substantial data boost.

How significant is this data increase? O2 has provided a helpful breakdown to illustrate the benefits.

According to O2, 10GB of data allows you to stream approximately 4.5 hours of Netflix or Disney+ in HD quality. Alternatively, you could listen to around 2,000 songs.

If you enjoy video calls, 10GB of data will enable you to make 20 to 25 hours of calls. And if you’re planning a road trip for the holidays, O2 has you covered with approximately 2,000 hours of navigation.

If you are an eligible monthly O2 customer, the 10GB bonus data will automatically be added to your monthly allowance. Simply check your account or use the MyO2 app to confirm the data boost.
