Against The Storm DLC “Nightwatchers” Introduces Bats Faction
Prepare for a new challenge in the roguelite city builder Against The Storm with the upcoming release of the Nightwatchers DLC. This expansion brings a unique faction of bats that despise weakness and thrive where others fail. The bats are not your typical winged creatures but skilled workers who will stop at nothing to ensure the success of their settlement.
The bats in the Nightwatchers DLC possess the Manorial Court ability, allowing them to expel members of other species from the settlement to motivate their workforce. They gain resolve when other species leave, making them valuable companions on expeditions into the wilderness.
Explore two new biomes in the DLC – Rocky Ravine and Bamboo Flats. The Rocky Ravine is a barren wasteland abundant in metal and stone, but beware of ruthless merchants looking to exploit you. In Bamboo Flats, heavy precipitation nourishes the soil, allowing the giant Fluffbeak to produce fertilizer and help establish a thriving settlement.
Manage the Fluffbeak’s needs to reap rewards and prevent starvation in Bamboo Flats. The Nightwatchers DLC also features new orders, world events, rewards, and music to enhance your gameplay experience.
