Fast forward to the present day, and brace yourself for a surprise – 420BlazeIt 2 is on the horizon with a playable demo now available.
Described as the “long awaited sequel to the FPS hit,” according to the game’s Steam page, the full title is 420BLAZEIT 2: GAME OF THE YEAR -=Dank Dreams and Goated Memes=- [#wow/11 Like and Subscribe] Poggerz Edition.
“The illuminati have stolen all the world’s memes!” the storyline goes. “You’re an ex secret-service agent turned to a peaceful life of painting, but now you’re needed one more time to fight back.”
From kicking pianos to battling suit-clad foes with shotguns and AKs amidst pounding dubstep, this game is a visual and auditory overload. However, despite its chaotic nature, the gameplay mechanics are surprisingly smooth. The guns are well-animated, the door-kicking feels impactful, and enemies react realistically to your attacks. The original game had a “dubstep controller” that synced the soundtrack with enemy deaths.
