When could The Fantastic Four: First Steps be released on VOD?
Disney has yet to announce the digital release date for The Fantastic Four: First Steps. However, previous films in the MCU’s Phase Five typically hit VOD platforms between 60 and 67 days after their theatrical debut.
Historically, box office performance hasn’t influenced the VOD release schedule. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and The Marvels, despite underperforming, were available on VOD after 60 and 67 days, respectively. Conversely, hits like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Deadpool, and Wolverine took 63 to 67 days to reach digital platforms. Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts* followed suit after 60 days.
If The Fantastic Four follows this pattern, it may land on VOD in the UK and US between Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, and 30th September 2025.
