While Workout Buddy may seem intrusive, it is optional and can be easily muted during workouts. Hypertension Notifications Apple has introduced hypertension notifications on the Apple Watch, alerting users when their blood pressure is abnormally high. This feature is available on select Apple Watch models and requires regulatory approval in certain countries. Compatibility Users with Apple Watch Series 6 or newer, Apple Watch SE 2 or newer, or any Apple Watch Ultra can update to watchOS 26.
