Exciting new gameplay footage has been released for Ghost of Yotei, showcasing Atsu wielding the yari spear to face off against a group of enemies on a bridge. This footage appears to take place later in the game, as the enemy soldiers are starting to recognize Atsu, indicating that her legend is spreading throughout the land. The yari provides Atsu with a significant advantage in combat, allowing her to engage enemies from a distance. Additionally, the yari can also be used for close combat maneuvers, as demonstrated by Atsu launching a kick at an enemy to close the gap and deliver a decisive blow. Ghost of Yotei is a new installment in the series, set in the Ezo region (modern day Hokkaido) around Mount Yôtei in the year 1603, a few hundred years after Jin Sakai's story in Tsushima. Atsu's journey is one of vengeance, as she seeks to track down and eliminate the Yōtei Six, a gang of outlaws responsible for her family's demise.
