New mechanics introduce bold ideological goals for each faction and ways to pursue them. However, the pursuit of a perfect society comes at a cost. Each faction now envisions its own unique Utopia, organized into a tree and fueled by affinities. By gaining their trust, you'll unlock specialized laws, buildings, and abilities that reinforce their individual identity. Unlocking all nodes of the Utopia Tree allows you to implement a singular vision on the city – binding your entire society to a specific path forward and resolving all tensions permanently. While your city may not collapse, whose future will it serve?
