However, the prices of the higher-end models can be a barrier for some consumers. With eight models in the range, prices in the US range from $79.99 for the iO3 to $379.49 for the iO10. In the UK, prices for electric toothbrushes can vary significantly, with initial launch prices often being inflated. For example, the iO3 may have an RRP of £160 but can be found for around £75. Similarly, the iO10 with an RRP of £800 is commonly available for approximately £400. The iO2 includes key features expected in an electric toothbrush: Effective brushing performance with oscillating and vibrating brush head for thorough cleaning. Dentist-recommended 2-minute timer and quadrant alerts for optimal brushing time. Pressure sensor to prevent excessive pressure on gums, with a glowing red indicator and reduced brush speed if too much pressure is applied. Three brushing modes for customized comfort: super sensitive, gentle, and daily clean. Single button operation for simplicity. While details on battery life and charging time are not yet available, similar models in the iO range offer 7-10 days of battery life with approximately 20+ hours of charging time. The iO2 is expected to follow this pattern, making it convenient for users who keep it on the charging stand. When will the iO2 be available? Customers in the US can pre-order the iO2 starter kit from Amazon for $65.99, which includes two black brush heads, a black handle, and a standard white charger, with delivery scheduled for July. The standalone iO2 with a single brush head will be available in the US and other retailers from July for $59.94. UK pricing and release date are yet to be confirmed.
