It’s simple and effective and makes switching between wearing Apollo on your wrist or ankle easy as can be.Setting up and Using the ApolloSetting up the Apollo is relatively straightforward, although you’ll need a little bit of help – luckily, the Apollo comes with a quick guide to get you up and going. You’ll only need to complete steps two through seven once; using the Apollo after that is painless. But the first thing you’ll need to do is charge it.Quick Start GuideCharge the Apollo to 100%.Download and launch the Apollo app.Create your Apollo account.Press the dotted button on the Apollo.Wait until you see a blinking blue light.Head back to the app and tap “Connect to your Apollo.”On your iPhone, find the Bluetooth Pairing Request and tap “Pair.”Put the Apollo on your wrist or ankle. (We recommend using the wearable on the inside of your ankle.)Head back to the app and choose your desired mode!Navigating the ApolloNavigating the Apollo is easy: it only has two buttons. One button has a dotted edge, and the other is flat. See? Simple.Press both buttons at the same time to pause or play the mode you’re already in (or to restart the last mode played after it finishes).Press the dotted button to increase (+) intensity.
