Saber Interactive has just rolled out the highly anticipated Heavy Ordnance update for World War Z, offering players a plethora of new perks, mutators, and premium skins to enhance their gaming experience. The highlight of this update is the introduction of perks specifically tailored for heavy weapons such as the flamethrower, chainsaw, and rocket launcher. Each of the eight heavy weapons now boasts three unlockable perks, including explosive bullets, napalm, and strong grip. Aside from the heavy weapon perks, players can also look forward to new weapon perks like flechettes, loner, and shadow step. Furthermore, six new mutators have been introduced for the challenge horde mode, each presenting a unique gameplay challenge: ○ Dead Pirate: Zekes exhibit temporary resilience after headshots○ Paralytic Toxin: Movement slows down after sustaining close combat damage○ Ouch!: Trigger a random explosion upon being grabbed○ Sharing is Caring: Medkit effects are shared among all team members○ Arm Weakness: Heavy weapons are disabled during Zeke waves○ Slot Machine (permanent mutator): Purchasable defense kits become randomized All these exciting additions are part of the complimentary content included in the Heavy Ordnance update, but players also have the option to purchase premium packs. The Vibrant Halloween weapon skin pack features skins for popular weapons like the Mini-21 Scout Rifle, Paladin LMG, Keris V10 Advanced SMG, AUR Universal Bullpup Rifle, and the SchreiTech Forest Warrior Chainsaw. On the other hand, the Raging Phoenix weapon skin pack offers unique skins for the Gal9 Compact SMG, ARK-103 Assault Rifle, Thumper GL Grenade Launcher, Taiga-12 Heavy Assault Shotgun, and the Flamethrower.
