Studio Chyr to Release VR Game 'Hotel Infinity' for Quest and PSVR 2 Studio Chyr, known for their game Manifold Garden (2019), is set to launch a new VR experience titled Hotel Infinity this week for Quest and PSVR 2 users. In Hotel Infinity, players will navigate through the mysterious halls and grand ballrooms of a peculiar hotel without the use of controllers or teleportation, allowing for a more immersive experience as they physically move around their play area. Featuring a blend of portals, lifts, and mind-bending architectural designs inspired by M.C. Escher, Hotel Infinity offers players the opportunity to solve intriguing puzzles while exploring vast areas within the game. While Hotel Infinity shares similarities with Manifold Garden in terms of impossible architecture, the two games are not directly related according to Studio Chyr. Players do not need to have played Manifold Garden to fully enjoy Hotel Infinity. For the best experience, the studio recommends a room-scale environment with a play area of 2m x 2m, although alternative locomotion controls will also be available for players with different setup configurations. Hotel Infinity is scheduled to launch on November 13th for Quest and PSVR 2. It will be available on the Horizon Store for Quest users and the PlayStation Store for PSVR 2 owners.
