The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, offering a balance of performance and longevity in terms of software support and updates. Fairphone commits to providing at least seven generations of OS updates and support until at least 2033, ensuring a long-term investment for users. The Fairphone 6 is available for purchase in the UK and Europe, priced at £499/€599 for the base model with the option to expand storage via Micro-SD card.
