The deep dive into the artwork of The Thing: Remastered is led by Locke Vincent and joined by Joel Welsh, the studio’s art lead, who explains some of the decisions being made. The screenshots of The Thing: Remastered reveal more detail, such as tiles on the floor and additional signage compared to the original game. Joel also mentions that the original development team provided information to Nightdive Studios, facilitating a smoother remastering process. While many assets remain the same, they are now in higher resolution. Changes are being made carefully to ensure they align with the game's scenes and the film. It's important to note that the showcased work by Nightdive Studios is still a work in progress, with further visual design changes expected.
