The official description from the US Mint describes the design in detail:

His pose and expression, captured in a moment of contemplation, reflect how the environment inspired his vision to simplify complex technology into something as intuitive and natural as nature itself. The inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “CALIFORNIA,” along with “STEVE JOBS” and “MAKE SOMETHING WONDERFUL.”
The Steve Jobs coin will be available for purchase on the US Mint website starting in 2026. The collectible version will be priced at $13.25 for a single coin or $27.50 for a four-coin set featuring other innovators and innovations. Rolls of 25 coins and bags of 100 will also be offered.
The American Innovation series, which began in 2018, features each US state nominating an innovator or invention to be commemorated on a $1 coin. California Governor Gavin Newsom nominated Jobs earlier this year, praising him for embodying the innovative spirit of California.
