While the Galaxy Watch 7 may not have the flashy appeal of other Samsung wearables, its simplicity is part of its appeal. It maintains the classic circular design and sleek profile of previous models, standing out from the rugged Galaxy Watch Ultra. It’s comfortable for everyday use, including wearing it while sleeping and during workouts, as noted in Victoria Song’s review from last year. The watch comes with useful features like heart rate monitoring, Energy Score for recovery assessment, and FDA-approved sleep apnea detection.
One of the standout features of the Watch 7 is its AI-driven wellness insights, offering personalized advice to help users achieve their health and fitness objectives.
