Samsung has a history of blending art and technology in their product designs, with offerings like The Frame TV and the Music Frame speaker. Now, in collaboration with designer Erwan Bouroullec, they have taken it a step further by turning a speaker into a piece of art.
The new Music Studio line of speakers, set to debut at CES 2026, draws inspiration from the “timeless dot concept” present in music and art. The Music Studio 5, resembling a fermata symbol, features a 4-inch woofer and dual tweeters with built-in waveguide for optimal sound quality.
On the other hand, the Music Studio 7 is a versatile 3.1.1-channel speaker that can be used independently, in stereo pairs, or with other Samsung Wi-Fi speakers, soundbars, or TVs utilizing Q-Symphony technology. Both the Studio 7 and the Music Studio 5 support high-resolution audio playback up to 24-bit/96kHz and use AI Dynamic Bass Control to enhance bass response.
While some aesthetically-focused speakers may compromise on sound quality, Samsung’s track record in audio tuning instills confidence in the performance of the Music Studio speakers. With a blend of artistry and cutting-edge technology, Samsung continues to push boundaries in the world of audio innovation.
