The Galaxy Book5 Pro 360, created in partnership with Intel, boasts an Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processor that enhances AI-driven productivity, cross-device experiences, and extended battery life. This laptop, equipped with Galaxy AI, offers personalized user experiences, high-quality graphics, and displays, making it suitable for both work and entertainment.
The device retains features from its predecessor, including a convertible design that allows it to function as a tablet with touchscreen and S Pen support for added flexibility in writing or drawing. The S Pen is included in the package by default.
The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360, powered by the new second-generation Intel Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 processors, provides up to 48 TOPS of AI processing. This allows for the integration of the Copilot+ feature, supporting advanced AI functions within the operating system, such as Studio Effects for background blur and filter application during video calls, Cocreator in Paint, and real-time caption translation in videos and calls.
Furthermore, the laptop introduces the “Circle to Search” feature, enabling users to easily locate items on the screen by circling what they want to search for. Initially introduced with the Galaxy S24 series smartphones, this feature is now available on Samsung’s Copilot+ PCs.
Samsung expands its range of Arm-based laptops with the launch of the 15-inch Galaxy Book4 Edge. This affordable device features Copilot+ and mid-range hardware, aiming to promote Windows on Arm.
The Galaxy Book 4 Edge sports a 15.6-inch Full HD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 300 nits brightness, though the display technology specifics are undisclosed. It includes a 2 MP webcam capable of recording in Full HD, housed in thick bezels. The keyboard features a compact numeric pad for enhanced productivity and a dedicated shortcut key for Copilot, the AI-powered chatbot in Windows 11.
Running on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Plus processor, the Galaxy Book 4 Edge offers 45 TOPS of computing power for AI functions, such as Microsoft’s Cocreator in Paint, Windows Studio Effects, and Live Captions.
Users can connect their Galaxy smartphones to the PC using Link to Windows, granting access to Galaxy AI features like Simultaneous Translation, Photo Assistant, and Circle to Search on Google, provided they own a Galaxy AI-compatible device.
The laptop offers 16 GB of RAM and options for 256 GB or 512 GB SSD storage. Additionally, it features two microphones and two speakers with Dolby Atmos for an enhanced audio experience.
Powered by a 61.2 Wh battery and supporting 65 W USB-C charging, the Galaxy Book 4 Edge provides connectivity through USB-C, USB-A 3.2, HDMI 2.1, a memory card reader, and a headphone jack.

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is available for pre-order starting this Wednesday (4th) in countries like Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with a starting price of £1,799 (~$2.371).
On the other hand, the 15-inch Galaxy Book 4 Edge will be released in markets such as South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, but only in October 2024. The suggested price has not been disclosed yet.
