In 2023, I reviewed the Reolink Duo Floodlight PoE, which was similar to the Reolink Duo 2 but with two large floodlights attached. The Reolink Duo 3 was later released in both WiFi and PoE versions, but it did not feature a corresponding floodlight camera. The Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFi, however, is a departure from the previous models and the other Duo cameras. This camera has been completely redesigned with mounting and power options more akin to other floodlight cameras on the market.
The camera itself has undergone a redesign and now closely resembles the Reolink Argus 4 Pro.

Physical Installation:
The physical installation of the Reolink Elite WiFi is different from other Reolink cameras but similar to other floodlight cameras. For most people, you would likely want to swap out an existing outdoor light which already has electrical wiring run outdoors.

Beyond the physical installation, the camera is set up exactly the same as every other Reolink camera. The device pairs easily with the Reolink app, and the setup wizard guides users through the configuration process step by step.

Day Time Video Quality with Sample Footage:
During the daytime, the footage is excellent. The overall image quality shows improvement over the previous Reolink Duo Floodlight, with better colour reproduction and contrast.

The camera performs well in low light conditions, switching to colour footage when motion is detected. The floodlights provide ample illumination, though it is recommended to angle them properly to avoid glare and inconsistent lighting.
Price and Alternative Options:
The Reolink Elite WiFi has an RRP of £130. Other floodlight camera options from Reolink and competitors are also available at varying price points.
