Red Bull and Jonathan Griffith Productions have collaborated to bring Touching the Sky to Quest, offering viewers an hour-long immersive documentary experience. This captivating film follows wingsuit base jumpers in the European Alps and a paragliding team as they navigate the challenging terrain of the Himalayas in Pakistan.
Using specially designed 3D, 360 cameras, the documentary showcases thrilling wingsuit flights in the Italian Dolomites with athletes Fred Fugen and Vincent Cotte. Fugen shared the challenges of flying with the camera, highlighting the coordination required with drone pilots during freefall.
The film also features Aaron Durogati and Matthias Weger paragliding in the Pakistani Himalayas, providing a glimpse into the unique challenges and risks associated with flying in this remote location.
