Heart of the Forest: Interactive Psychological Horror Game Set to Release on February 12th
Publisher Wales Interactive and developer Trapped Predator have officially announced the upcoming release of Heart of the Forest, a thrilling interactive psychological horror FMV game. Set to launch on February 12th, the game will be available on various platforms including PC, PS5, PS4, Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. Players will be immersed in a live action story following a group of students as they venture into Germany’s ominous Black Forest, known to be inhabited by an evil spirit.
Heart of the Forest offers a unique gameplay experience where players navigate the narrative through the perspectives of each character, making decisions based on the information at hand to shape the outcome of the story. The forest spirit preys on the fears and traumas of the students, using them to instigate fear and hunt them down. The choices made by players will ultimately determine the fate of each character, leading to life or death scenarios. The game’s footage draws inspiration from iconic horror films like The Blair Witch Project, adding an extra layer of suspense and intrigue to the gameplay.
