Project Moohan failed to make an appearance at Samsung’s recent Galaxy product event, leaving fans eagerly awaiting more information about the upcoming Vision Pro competitor.
Samsung had previously announced that Project Moohan would be released before the end of the year, but details such as the official name, release date, and price are still unknown.
During the event, Samsung showcased several new mobile devices, including the Galaxy S25 FE, Galaxy Tab S11, and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, but Project Moohan was notably absent.
Rumors suggested that Project Moohan, also known as ‘Infinite’ in Korean, would be featured at Samsung Unpacked on September 29th. However, the event date was too close to the Galaxy product event that just took place.
According to a report from Korea’s Newsworks, Project Moohan is expected to launch first in South Korea on October 13th, with a price range between ₩2.5 and ₩4 million South Korean won, equivalent to $1,800 and $2,900 USD.

Despite the anticipation surrounding Project Moohan, Samsung has been relatively quiet about the mixed reality headset since its announcement in December 2024.
With its impressive specs, including a Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2, dual micro-OLED panels, and support for eye and hand-tracking, Project Moohan is expected to offer a unique VR experience. However, the lack of promotion from Samsung may indicate low sales expectations for the device.
