Meryl Streep as Loretta Durkin
In season 3, Loretta makes her debut as a contender for a role in Oliver’s stage play, which turns out to be her big break on Broadway. She also becomes Oliver’s love interest, but their future together is uncertain as Loretta lands a role in a Grey’s Anatomy spin-off and relocates to LA. Interestingly, Loretta is revealed to be the biological mother of Dickie, Ben Glenroy’s brother, whom she gave up for adoption soon after his birth.

Zach Galifianakis as Himself
Zach Galifianakis portrays a fictionalized version of himself in the show, set to play Oliver in the film adaptation of the Only Murders in the Building podcast. Initially indifferent towards Oliver, Zach’s perception changes after learning about Oliver’s struggles to achieve success.

Eugene Levy as Himself
