Sony and Arc System Works Announce Release Date for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls
Sony and Arc System Works have revealed that their highly anticipated fighting game, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, is set to launch on August 6, 2026, for PS5 and PC.
In addition to the release date, new characters have also been unveiled for the game.
The Unbreakable X-Men will make an appearance in Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, led by Storm and including fan-favorite Wolverine, the powerful mutant Magik, and the autonomous AI Danger Room, now known as Danger.
This crossover of the X-Men into the game will be accompanied by a unique narrative mode developed by Arc System Works in partnership with Marvel Games. The storyline will blend elements from both comics and manga, with contributions from a yet-to-be-revealed writer.
To enhance the narrative experience, motion comics with full voice acting will be available in multiple languages, including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin.
