HTC introduced the Vive Pro 2 in 2021, positioning it as their flagship PC VR headset. Now, for a limited time, the Vive Pro 2 is available at a discounted price.
The HTC Summer of Gaming Sale is currently underway and will run until June 30th. There are attractive deals on offer for those interested in a highly capable, albeit last-gen, PC VR headset. These deals include a hardware bundle for the Vive Pro 2 as well as the standalone headset.
- Vive Pro 2 Full Kit (

While the Vive Pro 2 may be considered dated due to its thicker Fresnel lenses and bulkier design, the $800 price tag, which includes base stations, controllers, and deluxe audio strap, makes it a compelling option compared to newer PC VR offerings. However, it requires a capable VR-ready PC to deliver optimal performance.
Additionally, HTC is offering new bundled pricing for the Vive Focus Vision, a more recent release from late 2024. The Focus Vision supports native standalone virtual and mixed reality, as well as PC VR wireless streaming and cabled DisplayPort tethering.
Until June 30th, two Vive Focus Vision bundles are available, each including some games:
- Vive Focus Vision – PC VR Kit ($1,149): includes headset, controllers, Wired Streaming Kit (DisplayPort compatible), Metro Awakening, Arizona Sunshine 2, and 3 bonus titles
- VIVE Focus Vision ($1,049): includes headset, controllers, Metro Awakening, Arizona Sunshine 2, and 3 bonus titles
The pricing for the Vive Focus Vision has increased from its original launch price due to ongoing US tariffs on China-based products, with HTC adjusting the cost accordingly.
Furthermore, HTC’s Europe and UK stores are offering discounts on various headset and accessory bundles until June 30th, providing customers with a range of options.
