In the UK, Wicked, a successful adaptation of a stage musical, premiered on VOD 42 days after its cinematic release. Twisters, a sequel to a ’90s disaster film, arrived after 47 days. Therefore, How to Train Your Dragon, which premiered on 9 June, could potentially debut on digital platforms between Monday, 21 July 2025, and Saturday, 26 July 2025.
