Netflix
To request your data from Netflix, go to the website, click on your profile picture, then select Account > Security > Personal information access > Submit Request. You will receive a confirmation link via email, and once confirmed, you can download your data within 30 days.
Spotify
To request your data from Spotify, visit your account page in a web browser, choose Privacy settings, select the types of data you want, click Request data, and confirm the request via email. The download link will be sent to your email address within 30 days.
Amazon
To request your data from Amazon, sign into your account, go to Account & Lists > Your Account, and click on Request your data. Choose the data type or request all your data, submit the request, and confirm via email. Your data will be available for download within one month.
Apple
To request your data from Apple, visit the Data and privacy website, sign in with your Apple ID, click on Request a copy of your data, choose the data categories, and complete the request. Your data will be delivered via email within 7 days.
