Metal: Hellsinger VR, a popular flatscreen rhythm shooter, is now making its way to VR, promising an immersive experience filled with intense action and a heavy metal soundtrack.
Funcom has just announced that Metal: Hellsinger VR will be available on Quest 2, Quest Pro, and Quest 3 starting September 26th, with the PSVR 2 and PC VR versions set to launch on October 3rd.
The game will be priced at $30 upon release, but players who pre-order will receive the ‘Dream of the Beast’ DLC for free, which includes two additional songs, a new weapon, and three outfits with special effects.
Having tried an early version of Metal: Hellsinger VR earlier this year, we observed a game that was on the brink of successfully translating its unique gameplay to VR, though some adjustments were still needed. With the official launch just around the corner, we are optimistic that the developers have had ample time to refine the experience and deliver a polished product.
