The crowdfunding campaign for Eldramoor: Haven in the Mist has recently concluded, raising over $170,000 for developer Resolute Games to develop its ambitious VR MMORPG.
The Kickstarter campaign saw initial success, reaching its minimum funding goal of $25,000 within just 1.5 hours of launch on June 24th.
Within a week, the campaign surpassed $100,000 and achieved several stretch goals, ultimately reaching a total of $171,536. These goals included new in-game features such as a bonfire healing system, additional abilities, new playable species, player housing, and pet abilities.
Resolute Games’ Eldramoor promises a vast world with diverse biomes, multiple classes, crafting, dungeons, and player housing, offering a comprehensive VR gaming experience.
The game description by Resolute Games highlights the expansive nature of Eldramoor, featuring five unique zones with different biomes, various challenges, and treasures to discover. The social aspect of the game emphasizes multiplayer interactions, including guilds, dungeons, PvP, and special events.
While the Kickstarter campaign was successful, Resolute Games may seek additional funding to further develop the game and fulfill its long-term vision of creating a truly massive VRMMO experience.
The studio plans to deliver Eldramoor to backers in December 2026, with support for Quest 3 and SteamVR headsets. More information about the game can be found on its Steam page, and backers can stay updated on the campaign’s progress.
