SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos Re-Release Announced at Evo 2024
SNK surprised fans at Evo 2024 with a trailer for SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos, a re-release of the classic fighting game. The game is now available on Steam, with a release date of 22nd July on PS4, Switch, and GOG.
The roster includes iconic characters from both SNK and Capcom universes, such as Kyo Kusanagi, Terry Bogard, Ryu, and Chun-Li, totaling 36 fighters to choose from.
Available on Steam for £16.95, SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos has been updated with rollback netcode, online lobbies for up to nine players, and various tournament options. Players can also access a hitbox viewer and a gallery mode with 89 pieces of artwork.
Originally released in 2003 for PS2, Xbox, and Neo Geo, SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos had a mixed reception among critics, with an average Metacritic score of 56.
