iOS 26 beta 2 is now available for iPhones on the developer beta. Here is a compilation of all the changes that have been made between the original version and the latest beta release.

Control Center blur has been adjusted for better legibility. The clear background now features a darker color and increased blur.
‘Alt 1’ ringtone can now be found under Reflections. Although previously existing in code, it was not visible in Settings. The presentation still seems incomplete in the beta version.
Unknown senders now use a blue notification badge instead of a red one to differentiate between the two types of alert badges.
ChatGPT now differentiates between request types: Image Limit and Other Requests.
Apple Music now features a Live Radio widget, which is great for CarPlay!
The stock iPhone wallpaper collection has returned in beta 2, offering unique wallpaper options for each iPhone model. While beta 1 only included existing wallpapers if saved, deleted wallpapers from this collection can now be restored.
The iOS 26 wallpaper now features a parallax effect that was missing in beta 1.
App icons in the Dock are now left-aligned instead of center-aligned when fewer than four apps are present. It’s unclear whether this is a bug or an intentional change.
Safari controls within the More Menu (…) have been reorganized with a different sort order and icons, while maintaining the same functionality.
