As of April 5, 2025, new U.S. Customs regulations have lowered the threshold for shipments to the U.S. requiring formal entry processing to a declared customs value over USD 800, down from the previous threshold of USD 2,500.
This adjustment has led to an increase in formal customs clearances, which our team is actively managing around the clock.
While we are working diligently to accommodate this surge, shipments with a declared value over USD 800, regardless of origin, may experience delays lasting multiple days.
To address this situation, starting on Monday, April 21, 2025, and until further notice, we will be temporarily halting B2C shipments to private individuals in the U.S. when the declared value exceeds USD 800.
