When will Captain America: Brave New World be released on VOD?
Marvel has not disclosed the digital release date for the new Cap movie. However, previous Phase Five MCU films hit VOD between 60 and 67 days post-cinematic release.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and The Marvels, despite their box office performance, debuted on VOD after 60 and 67 days, respectively. On the other hand, successful films like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Deadpool and Wolverine arrived on digital platforms 63 and 67 days post-theatrical release.
If Brave New World follows this pattern, it may be available on digital platforms in the US between Tuesday, 15 April 2025, and Tuesday, 22 April 2025.
When will Captain America: Brave New World be released on DVD/Blu-ray?
Physical copies of Marvel superhero films tend to release quickly. Deadpool and Wolverine hit DVD and Blu-ray just 21 days after VOD release. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania followed suit within 25 and 28 days, respectively.
Therefore, we anticipate that Captain America: Brave New World will be available on DVD and Blu-ray between Tuesday, 6 May 2025, and Tuesday, 20 May 2025.

When will Captain America: Brave New World be released on streaming services?
As a Marvel film, it will premiere exclusively on Disney+ rather than other platforms like Netflix.
Quantumania and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 were available on Disney+ just a day after physical releases. Meanwhile, Deadpool and Wolverine, along with The Marvels, arrived on the streaming platform three weeks post-DVD and Blu-ray launch.
Therefore, expect Captain America: Brave New World to hit Disney+ in early-to-mid May at the soonest. However, the streaming release might be pushed to early June 2025.
