Forefront: An Exciting New VR Shooter
Forefront is an upcoming VR shooter that draws inspiration from the popular Battlefield franchise. Offering intense 16 vs. 16 firefights in expansive environments with the inclusion of vehicles, this game is set to make waves on both the Quest and Steam platforms. In a surprise move, the studio has released an open alpha of the game to gather feedback from players and stress-test its systems.
Developed by Triangle Factory, the studio behind the competitive VR shooter Breachers, Forefront promises solid gunplay and a variety of gadgets. Setting itself apart from other multiplayer VR shooters, which typically feature smaller player counts, Forefront aims to deliver large-scale battles with teams of up to 16 vs. 16, complete with a range of vehicles such as tanks, helicopters, and jeeps.
