Apple TV+ Serves up Kitchen Drama and Cold Danger This Week

Apple TV+ is launching two new shows today that couldn’t be more different: a high-stakes kitchen docuseries featuring Gordon Ramsay and an intense Alaskan thriller starring Jason Clarke.

These new series showcase Apple TV+’s versatility and ability to explore diverse genres. One takes place in the world’s top kitchens, while the other ventures into the harsh Alaskan wilderness.

Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars

Back in May, Apple announced a partnership with Gordon Ramsay to produce an eight-episode documentary series hosted by food expert Jesse Burgess. The series delves into the competitive world of international fine dining, following top chefs as they strive to earn or keep a prestigious Michelin Star.

The first two episodes are now streaming on Apple TV+, with more episodes releasing every Friday until November 21. The series offers a behind-the-scenes look at Michelin’s secretive world, featuring interviews with anonymous inspectors and the personal journeys of chefs chasing perfection.

The Last Frontier

On the flip side, Apple’s second premiere, The Last Frontier, stars Jason Clarke as a US marshal in Alaska dealing with escaped criminals. The show, announced in early 2023, promises high stakes and suspense as the marshal uncovers a potential conspiracy behind the criminals’ escape.

The Last Frontier is available now on Apple TV+, with new episodes releasing every Friday until December 5. With a mix of culinary drama and thrilling suspense, Apple TV+ continues to offer something for every viewer’s taste.
