Anker has introduced a new line of products under its Prime brand, featuring updated options for portable chargers, desktop charging hubs, and docking stations. These products cater to both everyday users and professionals with multiple devices, using Anker’s GaNPrime 2.0 charging technology to enhance power efficiency and heat management.
The range includes the Anker Prime Power Bank (26K, 300W), the 160W Prime Charger, the Prime 3-in-1 Charging Station, and the Prime DL7400 14-in-1 Docking Station. These products are designed to handle heavy workloads while maintaining a slim profile.
Key features of the range include PowerIQ 5.0 for dynamic power management, ActiveShield 5.0 for safety monitoring, Turboboost for rapid charging optimization, and AnkerSense View for system diagnostics and display output. These technologies allow the devices to adjust their performance based on connected devices and temperature automatically.
The Anker Prime Power Bank offers a high output of up to 300W, allowing it to charge two laptops and a smartphone simultaneously. It features a dual-input recharge setup that can restore the unit to 50 percent capacity in just 13 minutes and 80 percent in 39 minutes, according to internal lab results. The power bank is smaller and lighter than its predecessor, making it ideal for travel.
The 160W Prime Charger is the world’s smallest charger of its type, with three USB-C ports supporting a total output of 160W. Each port can supply high power to charge devices like a MacBook Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, and iPad Pro simultaneously. The charger also features an integrated display for real-time charging data and temperature readings.
The Prime 3-in-1 Charging Station offers faster wireless charging with support for the latest Qi2 standard. It features an active thermoelectric cooling system to maintain lower surface temperatures during charging sessions. The station can charge an iPhone 17 Pro to 50 percent in around 22 minutes and offers three preset usage profiles for different scenarios.
The DL7400 Docking Station integrates 14 ports into one hub, supporting multiple external displays, accessories, and power delivery from a single laptop connection. It supports triple displays up to 8K and dual 4K combinations, using DisplayLink technology for both Windows and macOS devices. The dock provides 140W of charging power and includes a live diagnostics display and fan-cooling system.
Anker’s Prime series will be available in the UK between late September and early November, with prices ranging from £129.99 to £299.99 depending on the model. These products offer improvements in charging speed, temperature regulation, and device visibility, making them ideal for both everyday and professional users seeking compact, high-capacity charging solutions.
