Princess Zelda returns to Hyrule and ventures into the Keese-filled Beach Cave after landing on Suthorn Beach.
Upon defeating the bats and overcoming obstacles, she discovers a hidden Heart Piece nestled among a stack of boxes.
In contrast to Mario, simply ground-pounding the boxes won’t work. With only a few Echoes collected, it may seem like you need to return later to retrieve the Heart Piece.
However, you actually have everything you need already – here’s what you should do.
Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom Beach Cave Heart Piece
To obtain the Heart Piece in Beach Cave, climb the scalable wall and reach the platform above the boxes.
Equip either the rock or boulder Echo, then drop it from a height onto the boxes.
The impact of the fall will break the box on top of the stack. Then, hold ZR to remove the object, and drop another rock or boulder to break another box and access the Heart Piece.
This may be the first time you encounter this physics interaction in Echoes of Wisdom, highlighting the possibility of using rocks to break boxes and the influence of falling force on the outcome.
While dropping items onto others may not be a common occurrence in your journey, remember it as a potential solution while exploring and solving puzzles.
Once you exit the cave and reach Suthorn Village, make sure to visit the shop for another valuable addition to your collection!
