Honor “Couldn’t capture screenshot” “Can’t Save screenshot because you don’t have enough storage space” Bug

Recently, many Honor owners, including myself, have been experiencing the error message “Couldn’t capture screenshot” on our devices. The extended explanation provided was “Can’t save screenshot because you don’t have enough storage space.”

Despite having 512GB of storage on my phone, indicating that I had plenty of space available, the error persisted. Upon checking the storage status in the phone settings, it showed that I had 300GB of free space remaining.

A quick search on Google revealed that this issue has been affecting a large number of Honor users in the past day, as evidenced by various Reddit posts.

In my case, although the error message appeared, the screenshots were still being saved successfully.

After dealing with the problem for a day, I decided to reboot my phone, and surprisingly, the issue resolved itself.

While I can’t confirm if rebooting is a definitive fix, many users have reported that the problem resolved on its own after some time, which may have been the case for me.

Regardless of the cause or solution, it seems that this issue is temporary and should be resolved soon, posing no serious concerns.
