All the Winners of the 10th Crunchyroll Anime Awards

The Crunchyroll Anime Awards marked their 10th anniversary at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo today. The evening paid tribute to the best in anime from the previous year, featuring nostalgic and electrifying performances.

The Awards Show was broadcast live on various platforms including YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

The pre-show featured Tim Lyu, Lauren Moore, and YouTuber Gigguk engaging with the audience while announcing awards such as Best Voice Actors and Best Opening Song.

During the main event, host Jon Kabira and voice actor Sally Amaki returned to entertain the crowd.

The ballroom was filled with industry veterans and creators as the live show kicked off with a “Anime of the Year” medley performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Hirofumi Kurita.

Iconic artists like pornograffitti, Yoko Takahashi, Asian Kungfu Generation, and Dean Fujioka wowed the audience with their captivating performances, featuring nostalgic songs like “Cruel Angel’s Thesis” and “Haruka Kanata.”

Celebrity guests including The Weeknd, RZA, Asuka Saito, Enako, and Winston Duke presented awards throughout the night.

A special recognition award was posthumously given to director Tatsuya Nagamine, known for his work on One Piece and Precure series, who passed away last year.

This year, over 30 awards were given across various categories in the animation industry, reflecting the growth and popularity of anime with over 73 million votes cast globally, a 40% increase from the previous year.
