Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game has unveiled its latest character gameplay trailer, completing Team Avatar with the addition of Sokka and his signature boomerang. Despite lacking elemental bending abilities, Sokka showcases his combat skills in the trailer, wielding his boomerang and staff to deliver powerful physical attacks.
The game features a roster of 12 playable characters, including fan favorites like Aang, Katara, Zuko, and Korra. Additional characters such as Toph and Avatar Kyoshi are yet to be confirmed. Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game offers various game modes, including Story, Arcade, Training, local multiplayer, and online multiplayer with crossplay and rollback netcode. Players can also enjoy a Spectator mode and a gallery showcasing artwork from the show’s history.
Two editions of the game are available for purchase. The standard edition includes the base game, priced at £24.99/$29.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition offers additional content such as the year one pass for future characters, a digital artbook, and the digital soundtrack, priced at £41.99/$49.99. Pre-order bonuses include exclusive skins and color variants for select characters, as well as a vote for the year one character pass.
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is set to launch on July 2nd for PC, PS5, Xbox Series XS, Switch 2, and Switch platforms.
