How the Razr Fold pricing compares
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 carries the same RRP of £1,799.99, though there are a couple of important caveats to note. The most obvious is that Motorola is offering double the storage straight out of the gate – you’ll need to spend more to get 512GB with the Fold 7.
On top of that, we’ve been reporting on the fact that Samsung has been bumping up the price of its phones and tablets of late. Up to this point, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 hasn’t been included in those adjustments here in the UK, but it has over in the US.
The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold retails for £1,749, which will stand it in good stead once the Razr Fold returns to its normal pricing. Again, though, that’s with half the Razr’s storage.
We went hands-on with the Razr Fold at MWC, and found that it was essentially a foldable version of the Motorola Signature, with the same classy design, triple 50Mp camera set-up, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.
It also packs a really bright pair of OLED screens (up to 6200 nits in the case of the internal display), and a large (for a foldable) 6000mAh battery with 80W charging.
