Apple has announced the latest additions to its MacBook lineup, including the M5 Pro, M5 Max, and M5 MacBook Air models. The M5 Pro and M5 Max feature the new Fusion Architecture, while the M5 MacBook Air arrives right on schedule.
The M5 MacBook Air, unveiled in a Newsroom announcement, brings new capabilities with the M5 chip. While the external design remains the same, the N1 chip in the MacBook Air introduces Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 support, a first for Mac laptops.
Apple has also doubled the storage across the board for the M5 MacBook Air, with models starting at 512 GB SSD and reaching up to 4 TB. The pricing for the entry-level model starts at $1,099.

Pricing and Availability
The 13-inch and 15-inch versions of the M5 MacBook Air come in sky blue, midnight, starlight, and silver colors, starting at $1,099 and $1,299 respectively for the base configurations.
