Publisher Digital Vortex to Publish Lovecraftian Fishing Game DREADMOOR

Publisher Digital Vortex has recently announced that they will be publishing Dream Dock’s upcoming Lovecraftian fishing game, DREADMOOR.

DREADMOOR is scheduled for release on Windows PC through Steam in 2026.

CEO Rostislav Fedorov of Dream Dock Studio expressed excitement about the partnership with Digital Vortex, stating, “We’re building an IP that goes far beyond fishing in the apocalypse. Partnering with Digital Vortex Entertainment allows us to scale production, refine the vision, and bring DREADMOOR’s madness to a global audience.”

CEO Alex Izotov of Digital Vortex Entertainment also shared his enthusiasm for the project, saying, “At Digital Vortex Entertainment, we were captivated by Dream Dock’s clear vision for the game and their approach to creating a haunting fusion inspired by Lovecraftian horror and post-nuclear survival.”

DREADMOOR quickly gained popularity among fans of dark, atmospheric adventures. With over 40,000 wishlists within 10 days of its announcement, the game has already become one of the top 600 most-wishlisted games on Steam.

DREADMOOR is a dark first-person horror fishing adventure game that combines elements of land and sea exploration, fishing for mysterious aquatic creatures, and navigating a flooded wasteland filled with danger and mystery.

The game promises cinematic storytelling, psychological tension, crafting, and addictive fishing mechanics, drawing inspiration from titles like DREDGE, Metro Exodus, and Resident Evil.
