You Will Soon Be Able to Play as the Fantastic Four in Fortnite
Exciting news for Fortnite fans as it has been announced that you will soon be able to dress your character in Fantastic Four skins. These new skins are a collaboration with the upcoming Marvel movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, set to hit UK cinemas on July 25th, 2025.
While the specific details of the Fantastic Four skins have not been revealed, data miners have uncovered some potential information from the game’s code:
- Reed Richards: Skin with a beard, Emote with Prop & Hologram, Glider, Bundle
- Sue Storm: Skin, Emote, Pickaxe, Backpack, Bundle
- Johnny Storm: Skin with Normal & Fire Style, Emote, Emoji, Pickaxe, Backpack, Bundle
- The Thing: Skin, Spray, Emote, Pickaxe, Backpack, Bundle
Epic Games has not confirmed a release date for the skins, but it is speculated that they will coincide with the movie launch. Additionally, rumors suggest that other characters from the movie may also receive Fortnite skins.
Not only will players be able to don the Fantastic Four skins, but data miners have also uncovered references to Nike shoes inspired by the characters:
- Reed Richards: Harbor Blue Air Max 90s
- Sue Storm: Air Force 1s with a blue swoosh
- Johnny Storm: Red and orange Air Max 95s
- The Thing: Orange Dunks
The addition of Fantastic Four skins follows the recent inclusion of Superman in the game, based on the new DC movie starring David Corenswet. Previous superhero additions to Fortnite include Dead Pool, Black Panther, Captain America, and more.
