Motorola Might Launch a Razr x Swarovski Flip Phone in August

As phone season heats up with new launches from Samsung, Nothing, and OnePlus, Motorola may be gearing up to announce something unexpected.

Update 15 July: Motorola has teased an event on 5 August, hinting at a collaboration with Swarovski for a special edition of the Razr.

Leaked images of the device show a design called ‘Ice Blue’ featuring a square quilted pattern rear cover adorned with crystals. The collaboration with Swarovski, known for their crystals and rhinestones, seems to be a fitting choice for Motorola, who previously partnered with the brand for special edition wireless earbuds.

The upcoming Razr model seems to be a special or limited edition, following the recent launch of the Razr 60 series. Despite some skepticism, the trend of bejeweled flip phones from the early 2000s might just make a comeback in today’s fashion landscape, especially with the resurgence of ’90s and Y2K trends.
